FRANCISCO DÍAZ
Managing Partner
Francisco is a managing partner at Evolvere Capital. He has close to 30 years of experience as international CEO and general manager. Since 2011, Francisco has executed over US$ 300 million in private equity transactions in Colombia. From 2004 to 2011 he served as President and CEO of Organization Corona, a leading Colombian multinational industrial holding with revenues of US$1.7 billion and 10 business units.
Previously he held several executive positions at Monsanto, including President of the Global Foods Ingredients Division, Corporate Vice President of Global Strategy and headed Monsanto´s Latin America division.
IGNACIO ARRIETA
Managing Partner
Ignacio is a managing partner at Evolvere Capital. He has more than 30 years of experience in investment banking and private equity. Prior to co-funding Evolvere Capital, Ignacio was a partner at Invest industrial, the largest private equity fund in Southern Europe. He has an extensive experience in the full life-cycle of private equity investment including MBOs, acquisition financing, and co-investments syndications having been actively involved in transactions with an aggregated value in excess of US$2 Bn. He has also served as Vice President of the Credit Products Group at Bank of America, equities analyst at Oddo Securities, and auditor at Arthur Andersen.
ALEJANDRO GOMEZ DE GREIFF
Principal
Alejandro is a principal at Evolvere Capital where he has been actively involved on the execution of over 200 million in PE transactions. He carries more than 10 years of experience in private equity, investment banking and consulting. Prior to joining Evolvere, Alejandro was with Citigroup, where he was involved in several mergers, acquisitions, capital markets financing and other corporate finance transactions in LatAm across several industries in the Andean region and Central America with over US$1.0 Bn in relevant transactions. Previously, Alejandro worked at a Colombian management consulting boutique where he participated in a variety of engagements advising large corporate clients in LatAm (Colombia and Brazil). He holds a BS in industrial engineering from Universidad de Los Andes in Bogota, Colombia.
